How Our Team Operates

At Blue Onyx Holding, teamwork is central to how we operate. Our organization comprises three distinct departments, each bringing unique skills and expertise to support the growth of our companies.

Our internal teams collaborate closely with the management team to collectively pursue the company's strategic goals. While we maintain a long-term perspective, we also work with a strong sense of urgency to achieve our objectives in the near term.

Operations

Our operations team comprises nearly two-thirds senior executives, each bringing an average of 32 years of valuable experience. This includes seasoned Business Leaders, former CEOs, members of the the Screen Actors Guild, and functional experts who are actively involved in both the planning and execution of strategic initiatives within our portfolio companies.

It's important to note that every member of our dedicated operations team is a full-time Blue Onyx Holding employee, ensuring their complete focus on the success of our businesses.

Acquisitions

Our acquisitions team plays a pivotal role in identifying new platform opportunities and acts as the corporate development arm for our group of companies. Since our establishment in 2006, we have successfully acquired 44 platform companies and an additional 112 complementary businesses.

A key aspect of the acquisitions team's work is collaborating closely with the management of our portfolio companies. Together, we pursue strategic acquisitions that are aligned with and actively support their growth objectives.

Finance

During acquisition processes, our team of experienced financial executives plays a crucial role. Their expertise is essential in thoroughly analyzing financial metrics and identifying key insights.

Post-acquisition, these executives collaborate closely with the management team of the acquired company. Their focus is on fostering greater transparency into the company's operations and offering supplementary analytical resources to aid in informed decision-making.
